All Styles Battles

The All Styles Battle is a 1 vs 1 dance competition open to dancers from around the world. Competitors must freestyle to a variety of music styles selected live by the Battle DJ. Judges will evaluate each dancer based on performance quality, musicality, technique, and stage presence. There will be three judges who will assess each battle and select the winner based on the judging criteria.

Each dancer will be judged on:

• Artistic Creativity
• Musicality
• Ability to Impress and Entertain the Judges

Battle Format & Rules

1. Top 16 or 32 Selection
   The competition has 16 or 32 open slots. A qualifying round will be held where dancers showcase their skills. The top performers will earn a place in the final 16 or 32.
2. 1 vs 1 Battles
   Each battle features two dancers going head-to-head, responding to the unpredictable and dynamic beats of a live DJ.
3. Varied Music Genres
   The music will change for each dancer and may include genres such as rap, pop, breakbeats, funk, electronica, house, and more.
4. Head-to-Head Format
   Dancers face each other in direct battles, judged on their ability to outperform their opponent.
5. Battle Rounds
   During battle rounds, the DJ will play one track per battle.
6. Battle Round Timing
   Each dancer gets approximately 45 seconds during the first round.
7. Progression
   Judges will select one winner from each battle to move forward, continuing round by round until a final champion is crowned. In the case of a tie another round of 45 seconds per dancer will be conducted.
8. Final Battle
   In the final, each dancer will have two rounds of 1 minute to showcase their best skills and win over the judges.
9. Prizes
   Prizes will be awarded to the first and second place finishers
